Ecological Opportunism 1: The Cloud

As we recognize that this region, like any system, is in a constant state of movement/ non-stagnation (essentially between states), any long-term intervention should respond to usage opportunities as much as it prescribes them.

Regarding the edge in a given condition as a ‘probability’ of usage, rather than a series of statically defined use zones, the coast may become a dynamic interface between what the lakes as a vehicle may offer, and what a given region needs at a given time.

The ‘normative’ edge may become an endless rotation of injected uses, offering an exciting, continuously adaptable regulator for long-term sustained health and prosperity for the ecologies of the basin- both anthropological and natural.
